Description:
The Director of Quality is responsible for the operational components of the organization's Quality and Patient Safety initiatives (including Core Measures), Clinical Informatics and infection Control.
The Director of Quality administers the operational, fiscal, human resources, and staffing components of the department. Management functions include responsibility for the development, organization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the quality and patient safety policies, procedures, projects and programs established to support the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan.
Duties:
Provides leadership, education, training, support and feedback to the multidisciplinary team in the development and implementation of clinical process improvement tools and continuous quality improvement activities.
Qualifications:
a) Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current Colorado RN license. BSN degree required. MSN prefered.
b) Training and
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in direct patient care and 3 years work experience in management is required.
c) Job Knowledge:
Excellent communication skills required with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and management staff at all levels of the organization. Must be self directed, able to multitask, prioritize and manage several projects within the same timeframe.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
